Rob shot into the top spot in the men’s thanks to another good run at The Stoop, and wins despite only running in 4 of the races. Neil Armitage finished a very close 2nd, with Alex Jones not far behind in 3rd.
In the women’s, Rachel kept hold of top spot from Caroline, with Claire rounding out the top 3.
Hopefully everyone has enjoyed a bit of club competition. I will be looking at the fixture list in the next week and selecting suitable races for this year’s club champs. The aim will be to have different races each year, though a few favourites will remain. If there are any races people want to see included, please let me know. I will also look to include some of the races with the most number of P&B athletes competing this year to try and make it easier for people to attend the full cohort of 7 races.
Well done Rob & Rachel – we have some trophies on the way…
