New Record for Rob at the ‘Round

Stan Bradshaw Pendle Round
2 March 2019 – 10.4 miles / 1936 ft

Rob hasn’t been doing much fell racing since the club’s Fell Relays victory but doesn’t seem to have lost much form.

He won the recent Stan Bradshaw Pendle Round fell race, beating his own Course Record by a cracking 1 minute 7 seconds.

Fellow P&Bs runners also had good results, with Neal Crampton finishing in the top ten, and Mr ‘Braveshorts’ Wallace nabbing himself a strong PB and coming in comfortably in the top half of the field, in 103rd place.

The ladies’ race was won by Lindsey Brindle, whose return to form is great to see after her back injury a couple of years back.

Rob Hope 1st + CR 1:05:03. Neal Crampton 10th 1:09:18. Neil Wallace 103rd 1:29:33. (FULL RESULTS)
